Containers to Review for Your PET Sleeve Project
Send us round bottles, tapered containers, shaped personal-care bottles or jars for a suitability review. Projects may include household products, shampoo and body wash, beverages or packaged food. Container material, heat tolerance and shoulder geometry all need checking before a sleeve is approved.
- Round bottles: provide the circumference and required label height.
- Tapered or shaped bottles: include dimensions at several heights and clear front, side and back photographs.
- Jars and containers with pronounced shoulders: identify the top and bottom coverage limits.

PET Sleeve Specifications: What We Confirm
- Material: PET shrink film; the exact grade is selected during technical review. Request grade confirmation if your specification requires PETG.
- Dimensions: custom sleeve dimensions based on the actual container and coverage requirements.
- Printing: gravure or digital production route, selected after reviewing quantity and artwork.
- Finishing: sleeve seaming, slitting and inspection according to the approved order.
- Production lead time: approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed; confirm the schedule for your order. Shipping time is quoted separately.
Film thickness, shrink performance, dimensional tolerances, supply format and minimum order quantity are confirmed during quotation. A single specification does not cover every bottle or application line.
From Container Sample to Custom Printed Sleeves
- Share the project: send container measurements or a sample, required coverage, quantity per design and destination.
- Review fit and film: confirm container geometry, application equipment and proposed material specification.
- Prepare artwork: agree the artwork layout, seam area, important text and barcode positions before approval.
- Confirm the sample plan: discuss a fit trial and approval requirements before the production run.
- Print and finish: produce the approved artwork, seam and slit the sleeves, then inspect and pack.

Will a PET sleeve fit my shaped bottle?
Fit depends on the film grade, bottle geometry and application settings. Send a drawing or sample; appearance alone is not enough to confirm suitability.
Are PET and PETG the same specification?
Do not treat these names as interchangeable on a purchase order. Tell us your required film grade or performance requirements so the specification can be agreed before production.
Can I use different artwork for several products?
Send each design and the quantity per SKU. We will review which dimensions and specifications can be shared and quote the production plan.
What if I do not know the sleeve dimensions?
Provide container photographs, measurements and your intended coverage area. Our team will identify the additional details needed before confirming sleeve dimensions.
