Before Choosing PVC Shrink Film
Consider the whole application, including the container, shrink tunnel, storage conditions and buyer requirements. PVC should not be selected on material price alone.
- Container geometry: shoulders, curves and changes in circumference influence the fit trial.
- Application equipment: tell us how sleeves are applied and shrunk; share existing operating requirements where available.
- Storage and handling: describe expected conditions before application and during distribution.
- Destination requirements: provide customer material restrictions and packaging specifications. Do not assume a PVC sleeve meets every buyer’s recycling or material policy.
- Alternative film: if PVC is not appropriate for the project, request a review of PET shrink sleeve labels.
Dimensions and Design Files for a PVC Quotation
- Container measurements: send height, circumference at the intended sleeve area, and measurements at shoulders or other changes in shape. Include a drawing or sample if available.
- Coverage: mark where the label should start and finish. Tell us whether you need full-body or partial coverage.
- Existing sleeve: if replacing an existing label, provide its dimensions and specification. Final sleeve clearance and seam allowance need technical confirmation.
- Artwork: upload your current design and say whether it is editable or a reference image. Identify brand colours, barcodes, required languages and important text.
- Production brief: specify quantity per design, preferred supply format, application method, destination and required delivery date.
Keep critical text and barcodes clear of the seam and highly distorted areas. Our team will review the layout requirements before artwork approval; do not finalize production dimensions using a photograph alone.
Order Specification and Production
Film grade, thickness, shrink performance, finished dimensions, seam position, finishing and minimum order quantity are confirmed for each order. Production lead time is approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, subject to the agreed order schedule. Allow separately for shipping.

Send a sample, dimensions, material specification and artwork. Matching the visible design does not by itself confirm equivalent film behaviour; the application requirements also need review.

Request a quotation based on your quantity, artwork, film and finishing. Total project cost also depends on fit, production setup and application requirements.
Can I order before the artwork is finished?
You can request a preliminary review using reference artwork and container details. Final specifications, production price and schedule must be agreed before production.
Do you guarantee suitability for every export market?
Suitability is reviewed against the requirements you provide. Tell us the destination and any retailer or brand restrictions before approving PVC.
