Custom Printing for Shrink Sleeves and Paper Boxes
We manufacture custom PET and PVC shrink sleeve labels for bottles, jars and shaped containers, together with printed folding paper boxes for cosmetic, food, personal care and retail packaging.
Our Custom Printing Process
- Project review: Confirm the product type, dimensions, order quantity, destination country and required delivery date.
- Artwork and specification check: Review the design file, container drawing or bottle photos, seam position and coverage requirements.
- Material selection: Confirm PET or PVC film for shrink sleeves, or the appropriate paper-box structure based on the product and application.
- Printing: Production is arranged using our gravure or digital printing equipment according to the approved specification.
- Finishing: Slitting, sleeve seaming, inspection, die-cutting or folder-gluing is completed according to the product type.
- Final inspection and packing: Finished goods are checked before packing and shipment.

Production Capability and Lead Time
Our 4,000 m² facility operates three high-speed gravure printing machines, one digital printing machine and more than 40 finishing machines. Standard production lead time is approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, depending on the product, quantity and finishing requirements.
