What Does Full Body Coverage Include?
A full body sleeve wraps around the container and covers most of its main exterior, providing space for front branding, back-panel information and side graphics. It does not automatically cover the cap, pump, opening or underside. The upper and lower sleeve edges must be defined on the actual container.
Both full body and partial shrink sleeves can wrap around the circumference. The distinction is the height and area covered, not simply whether the artwork goes around the bottle.
Areas to Confirm Before Customization
- Neck and shoulder: mark the intended upper edge and show changes in diameter. Tell us which areas must remain uncovered.
- Cap or pump: identify opening, rotation and dispensing areas that the sleeve must not obstruct. Any closure-covering requirement needs a separate review.
- Main body: provide measurements at relevant heights, including recesses, grip areas and shaped panels.
- Lower edge and base: mark where the label should stop and keep the container’s standing surface clear.
- Seam and artwork: agree the seam location, front-panel orientation and positions of logos, text and barcodes. Artwork across strongly curved areas needs review.
- Visible areas: identify any product-viewing area or existing container information that must remain readable.

From Bottle Sample to Approved Sleeve
- Send a complete front, back and side view, a dimensioned drawing or container sample, and marked coverage limits.
- Provide quantity per design, artwork, destination and application equipment details.
- Review the proposed dimensions, film grade, artwork layout and trial requirements with our team.
- Approve the agreed artwork and specification before printing, seaming, slitting and inspection.

Prepare Measurements and Quantity by Design
Before requesting a quote, use our container measurement guide to prepare dimensions in millimeters and mark the intended upper and lower sleeve edges. If the final sleeve dimensions are not confirmed, send a container drawing or sample for review rather than estimating from a photograph.

Full Body Sleeve Questions
Does full body mean the cap is sealed?
No. Body decoration and closure-covering requirements are separate. Tell us if your project needs a closure feature so its feasibility can be checked; do not assume the sample includes tamper evidence.
Can you confirm dimensions from a photo?
A photo helps us understand the shape, but final sleeve dimensions require measurements or a container sample and a fit review.
What is the production lead time?
Typically about 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, subject to the order schedule. Confirm sampling and shipping time separately.
