Fit the Box to the Container

Bottles: include the cap or pump in the total height and measure the widest point. State the packing orientation.
Jars: provide the maximum lid diameter or width, total height and filled weight.
Tubes: include the cap and sealed end in the measurements; send a filled sample or drawing where possible.
Individually packed products: provide the pack size, thickness and number of pieces per box.

If an insert or special support is required, send a reference for feasibility review. Bottle capacity alone is not enough to establish a production box size.

What to Send Before We Quote

Product and use: product photographs, container type, filled weight and pieces per box.
Dimensions: length × width × height in mm, clearly marked as product, internal box or external box measurements. Include caps, pumps and other protruding parts.
Box structure: an existing sample, dieline or front/back/top/bottom photographs. Tell us how it should open and close.
Quantity per SKU: list each size and artwork version separately, with the order quantity for each.
Artwork: available design files, logos, colour references and panel layout. Identify any text, barcode or language versions still awaiting approval.
Board and appearance: provide an existing specification or reference sample if available. Requested board, thickness and special finishes are subject to production confirmation.
Destination and timing: destination country, city/postcode, required arrival date and whether samples are needed first.
Contact details: your company, email and preferred contact method, so we can clarify missing information.

Artwork and Production Confirmation

Our confirmed paper box processes include custom printing, die-cutting and folder-gluing. Board specification, closure design, print requirements, tolerances and any special finish must be agreed for your project. A photograph alone does not confirm a particular finishing process.

Before production, approve the dieline, product fit and each artwork version. Typical production is approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, subject to the order schedule. Sampling and shipping time are confirmed separately.

Cosmetic Box Questions

Can several skincare products use matching packaging?

Yes, we can review a coordinated printed range. Send dimensions and quantities for every SKU; matching graphics do not mean different containers can share the same box size.

What if I do not know the board specification?

Send the filled product weight, dimensions, use and an existing packaging sample if available. The suitable specification needs production review before the quote is finalized.

Can I copy the wording or symbols on these samples?

The photographs illustrate packaging only. Supply your own approved product text, artwork and market-specific requirements for the intended destination.
