1. Box Type and Structure
Our paper box offering includes folding cartons. Send an existing box sample, dieline or photographs showing the front, back, opening and base. For a rectangular product box like the sample shown, confirm how the product is inserted and how the top and bottom close.
The exact closure structure, board specification and assembly requirements must be approved before quotation is finalized. This page does not offer unconfirmed rigid gift boxes, corrugated shipping cases or special inserts as standard capabilities.
2. Intended Use
- Cosmetics and personal care: provide the bottle, jar or tube dimensions and quantity per box. See cosmetic packaging boxes for application-focused information.
- Retail products: show the product, its orientation and the panels needed for branding and product information.
- Packaged food: specify whether there is an inner pack and whether any direct food contact is intended. Suitability and any required supporting documentation must be reviewed; no food-contact certification is implied here.
3. Dimensions and Product Fit
Provide length × width × height with units, and state whether these are product dimensions, internal box dimensions or external box dimensions. Include the product weight, number of items per box and any existing fit sample.
If the dimensions are not final, send the product sample or drawing first. Do not base a production dieline only on a photograph or nominal bottle capacity. Product clearance, closure fit and the approved structure need checking together.
4. Printing Requirements
- Send the artwork or existing dieline and mark front, back, side, top and bottom panels.
- List the quantity per artwork version or SKU.
- Identify brand colours and provide colour references where available.
- Supply readable text, barcode artwork and any version-specific information.
- State whether the inside needs printing and list any requested appearance or finishing requirement for feasibility review.
Confirmed Production Scope
Our confirmed paper box work covers custom printing, die-cutting and folder-gluing, with the production route determined by the approved design. We do not list foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, lamination or other special finishes as confirmed capabilities without production approval.
Board grade, thickness, colour-matching criteria, tolerances, minimum order quantity and any special finish are agreed during quotation. Typical production is approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, subject to the order schedule; confirm sampling and shipping separately.

Can different designs share one box structure?
Send each product size and artwork version. Shared structure is reviewed against product fit, while quantities are quoted per design.
