Founded in December 2016, Haosen Packaging is a custom packaging printing manufacturer based in Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. We produce shrink sleeve labels and printed paper boxes for brands and packaging buyers, with a focus on understanding the product, reviewing the design and confirming production requirements before an order moves forward.
What We Make
Our custom shrink sleeve labels include PET and PVC options for full body and partial coverage. Each project is reviewed against the container shape, intended coverage and application conditions. We also manufacture custom printed paper boxes for cosmetic, food and retail packaging. Box dimensions, structure, artwork and finishing requirements are confirmed individually rather than assumed from a reference image.
Our Manufacturing Base
Our 4,000 m² facility is equipped with three high-speed gravure printing machines, one digital printing machine and more than 40 post-processing machines. These include five sleeve seaming machines, three slitting machines, two inspection machines, 20 die-cutting machines and two folder-gluing machines. From Project Review to Finished Packaging
We begin with your container or box dimensions, artwork, order quantity and packaging requirements. For sleeves, clear container photographs, a drawing or a physical sample help establish the coverage limits and identify areas that need a fit review. Material, print layout and production details are confirmed before manufacture. Printing, converting and inspection are arranged according to the agreed project, with sleeve seaming and slitting or carton die-cutting and gluing used as appropriate.
Markets and Production Planning
Our export experience includes the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, EU member countries and other Southeast Asian markets. We also supply customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Reference production time is approximately 5–15 days after artwork and specifications are confirmed, subject to order scheduling.
